On December 25th, 2021, the Ho Chi Minh City Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (HoSPEN) held the scientific conference with the theme “Nutrition in COVID-19 treatment & underlying disease“. Facing the complicated situation of COVID-19 pandemic, this conference was held offline in Ho Chi Minh with about 250 attendees and online for other health care professionals nationwide.
In this conference, Almost topics are related to clinical practice and current issues such as: Nutrition in enhancing quality for COVID -19 patients, Nutrition in COVID-19 patients with type 2 diabetes, Nutrition in the treatment of cancer patients, Nutrition for the treatment of muscle wasting in elderly patients with many underlying diseases etc. The congress will provide a Certificate of Continuing Medical Training (CME) by the Ho Chi Minh City Medical Association.
