※ Job responsibilities:
A. Strategic Planning
– Develop products strategic sales plan that fully exploits the brand potential in AA and BS
lines with cooperate strategy.
– New product development for total (Short term and long term).
– Develop strategy and action for enhancing cooperate image “The Best partner in clinical
Nutrition”.
– Focus and support on launching soft bag – Amata’s Factory.
B. Performance Management
– Monitor and report actual progress of sales vs. budget.
– Develop and implement the tactical plan for sale team.
– Monitor and report promotional expenses vs. budget.
– Follow up the payment from distributors and other customers under cooperation with
finance department to secure the planned income of the company.
– Initial market research project as appropriate.
– Establish effective communication with other Departments /Unit/ Teams as well as
Department Head, Regional Office, and Head Office.
– Correct and adjust plan and develop contingency action plan when appropriate.
– Evaluate new approaches and technology that might affect how the product is marketed in
the future.
– Establish a strong relationship with KOLs.
C. People Management & Development
– Set target & KPI to teams.
– Coach, motivate and influence teams.
– Share knowledge with colleagues for synergy effects.
– Conduct initial training for new field force and organize regular training.
– Manage the team structure and give suggestion in order to maximize performance.
